For the second year in a row, distinguished award recognizes MackinVIA as an industry-leading innovator with a game-changing product and technology
Denver, CO (July 6, 2016) – Mackin was awarded the prestigious Best of Show Award for the second year running at this year’s International Society for Technology in Education (ISTE) conference for their digital content management system, MackinVIA™. The award spotlights those products and services that show the greatest promise for educators and students, according to the country’s most tech-savvy educators. The judges from Tech & Learning rated their impressions on a sliding scale, evaluating areas such as quality, effectiveness, ease of use and creative use of technology.
The four-day conference is an annual event, attended by educators and technology specialists from around the world. “Being acknowledged two years in a row is an honor that we are all thrilled about” stated Mesa Heise, Director of Digital Services at Mackin. “To be evaluated at this level among such esteemed companies and receive this award is exciting and reaffirms that we are on the right path.”
The 2016 ISTE conference, held in the Mile High city, saw nearly 16,000 attendees and over 600 companies exhibiting their products and services. MackinVIA rose to the top from a field of hundreds of competitors vying for this award.
The free MackinVIA digital content management system continues to be refined by Mackin since its introduction over five years ago. “Our team has worked tirelessly to shape and mold MackinVIA into the robust digital management system that it is today, with new updates and features released several times a year,” exclaims Troy Mikell, Director of Marketing Communications.
