How to Order
You may send orders to us via mail, fax, phone, email or using your personal web account. Under normal circumstances, you will receive your first shipment of fully processed, shelf-ready books in approximately 30 days. If necessary, a second and final shipment should arrive within 60 days. If questions arise about your order, you will be notified immediately by Mackin Customer Service.

Fill Rates
Our fill rates are unmatched. We deliver an average of 90-100 percent of your requested titles on every order. Because publisher inventories fluctuate and because Mackin provides discounts, we suggest that you try to over order by 20 percent to assure full dollar amount fulfillment. After you place your order, we will search all available sources to locate the titles you request. However, there are a few publishers that only distribute their titles directly. Order Typing
Mackin can type your order for you. Just collect a list of titles, circle pictures, or send us marked up lists and notes. In a few days we’ll send you a neat report with current prices and availability. Mark it up as you please and send it back to us prior to ordering. We’ll clean it up again. When you’re ready to order, drop the list and your purchase order into our postage-paid envelope. We’ll take care of the rest.

Dup Check
Upon request, Mackin will look for titles on your order that you may already have in your library. This is done by checking the ISBNs in your order against those from previous Mackin orders. If there is an exact match, that title will not be ordered and you will be notified. As you know, different publishers use different ISBNs, so we also check title and author for exact matches. If you would like to have us check your Mackin orders for duplication, call our Customer Service Department at 800-245-9540 or email customerservice@mackin.com.

Free Shipping
There is no charge to ship anywhere in the United States for orders that exceed $50. Orders under that amount will be charged a $5 shipping/handling fee. Charges for shipping outside of the 50 states are based on the method and carrier required for shipment.

Formats
It is Mackin’s policy to provide library/reinforced bindings when available. However, you may request your titles in any available binding including paperback or MackinBound.
