ALA Awards, Grants & Scholarships Resource
Included are all of the book awards, professional recognition awards, grants, scholarships and "best of" lists that the ALA and its Divisions, Offices, and Round Tables offer throughout the year.

Discretionary grants offered by 26 federal grant-making agencies.

Institute of Museum and Library Services
Provides grants to State Libraries, which may then offer subgrants to schools, emphasizing use of technology.

IRA Awards and Grants
Gives complete information about each of the 40 awards and grants presented by the International Reading Association.

Laura Bush Foundation
Laura Bush is the Honorary Chair of this fund, which is part of the Community Foundation for the National Capital Region. Grants from this foundation will be made to school libraries to purchase books.
